Laurence Brown

Before entering the care sector in 1996 Laurence worked with P@O and BT gaining experience in finance and customer services. In 1996 he joined the Social Services in house Domiciliary team. In 1999 he took the appointment as Manager of the newly formed High Meadow Home Care company in Canterbury and has been with them since seeing the company grow and develop across the south east of the county of Kent .

He has recently achieved the ILM level 4 in Management and has NVQs in customer services and accounts. He has attended meetings with the Social Care Council on the registration of Care workers and his company has client base with a wide range of client base including children and disability as well as the elderly group, he is currently overseeing projects involving enablement and assisted care.
