| Description: | Community Lifeline domiciliary care agency provides support to people in their own homes for independent life. This support may be in the form of domestic assistance, personal care, rehabilitation or recovery after a hospital stay, or general support and companionship. We specialise in the care for the elderly with dementia. The objective is to enable users of the service to remain independent for as long as possible. Care programmes may be agreed for any periods of time and are available at all times, seven days a week. A manager and deputy manager supports carers and service users from an office in Longfield town centre. |
