| Description: | We are a leading provider of personalised health and social care services, specialising in providing high quality community based care for people in their own homes. Due to our continuing success, we have opportunities for care workers to provide 24 hour, 7 days a week live-in care for people in their own homes across our branch network in Kent. The job role will be to provide on a daily (24 hour, 7 day a week basis) a level of care based on the needs of our Service Users which may include washing, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, housework, social outings into the community and assisting service users with their medication. Previous experience is not necessary as relevant life skills and the desire to care are equally as important. Excellent communication skills, a commitment to care and a flexible approach to work is required as is good customer service skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
